Service Terms:
Well Kept Paws provides weekly yard waste removal on a recurring basis. Service is performed once per week on your assigned day. If we are unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, loose or aggressive dog, or other obstruction, that visit will be skipped and is not eligible for a makeup or refund. It is your responsibility to ensure yard access on your scheduled service day. We reserve the right to pause or cancel service at our discretion if unsafe conditions are present.
Payment Policy:
Service is billed one month in advance. Your first payment is collected at signup and covers your first month of service. Recurring payments are automatically charged to your card on file on the 1st of each month. If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach you to resolve it. Service may be paused until payment is collected. We do not store your card information directly — payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation Policy:
Well Kept Paws subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you need to cancel, simply reach out and we’ll take care of it. Rather than holding you to the full month, we’ll calculate the number of visits completed and charge only for those — billed at your plan’s per-visit rate. Any remaining balance will be refunded promptly. All Summer Long plans follow the same policy. We think that’s the fair way to do it.
Privacy Policy:
Well Kept Paws collects basic personal information — including your name, address, phone number, and payment details — solely for the purpose of providing and billing our service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our systems. Service & Scheduling
How often do you come? — We service yards once a week, every week. Consistent weekly visits are the way to keep your yard truly clean and odor-free.
Can I pick my service day? — Yes, the hour time slot you pick during scheduling is your weekly day and. time slot you can expect us to show up at for the life of your subscription. You'll always know when to expect us. (contact us if this doesn’t work for your schedule)
Do I need to be home? — Nope. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you don't need to be there.
What if my dog is in the yard? — Just let us know ahead of time and we can work around it, or reschedule your visit that week.
Pricing & Payment
How does billing work? — Monthly plans are billed for one full month every 1st of the month, then auto-renewed on the 1st of each month. All Summer plans are paid in full upfront.
“All Summer Long Plans” (May 1st - Aug 31st) — Included: One free april clean up. Pay 3 months upfront, get the 4th on us.
What's included in each plan? — All plans include weekly waste removal for all your dogs — no per-dog fees, ever. Higher tiers add health observation reports, deodorizing treatment, and more.
Can I cancel anytime? — Yes. If you cancel, we'll prorate your remaining balance based on completed visits.
Trust & Credibility
Are you licensed and insured? — Yes. Well Kept Paws is licensed and insured in Colorado — so your property and your dog are in good hands every single visit.
Who will be in my yard? — Your service is handled by a trained Well Kept Paws team member, not a random contractor.
Do you sanitize your equipment between yards? — Absolutely. Tools are sanitized between every single yard to prevent cross-contamination.
The Service Itself
What do you do with the waste? — We bag and haul everything away. You don't have to touch a thing.
What if you miss a spot? — Let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Do you service yards in bad weather? — We service in most weather conditions. If conditions are truly unsafe, we'll reschedule and notify you immediately.
All Summer Plans
What counts as "All Summer"? — May 1 through August 31 — 17 weekly visits of consistent, scheduled service.
Why pay upfront for the whole summer? — You lock in your spot, lock in your rate, and never think about it again. It's the easiest yard of your summer.
How is the All Summer price calculated? — All Summer plans are priced at 3 months of service — so at 17 visits, you're getting significant value over paying month to month.
